[KLF] KLF004X (again, again...)

Does anyone on the list have a copy of KLF004X where the matrix is *NOT* KLF 004 X A / KLF004X B? Also, does anyone have a copy of either the blue of clear vinyl versions? (I think someone mentioned they did). If so, what are the matrix on these? Chris
