Just a quick reply to my own post. This MG could be related
to M & G Records (http://www.discogs.com/label/M+%26+G+Records)
which released some of the records from Patersons and Youths
label WAU/Mr. Modo
(http://www.discogs.com/label/WAU+%2F+Mr.+Modo+Records).

Besides ORB releases, WAU/Mr. Modo has also released
STP 23 (23! ;)), Blue Pearl - Naked In The Rain, Sun Electric
and other KLF/ORB related material.

I think this explanation could be long shot, but this M & G Records
is related to KLF through ORB and Youth.
