[KLF] Jimmy and his humber pig

In the K-foundation burns a million pounds Omnibus doc. The K foundation Humber pig (Mk2?) drives past in the background. Is this the same armoured truck as was used in a charity race many years earlier? Also, was this truck around long before this?
