Well the edit i referred to is indeed track 2 on this old TWROST cassette, but i was curious as to why this wasn't included on the klf.de 'remastered' version of the album...i thought perhaps it didn't really belong on the album as it doesn't seem to fit somehow...any ideas Thomas? as you guys obviously left it out for some reason...
tbc.
PS - On another note, this cassette includes the 1990 demo version of 3AM amongst its 'bonus' tracks and i was wondering when this first appeared, as i seem to remember reading somewhere that the tapes for this were stolen in autumn 1990? or was it just abandoned?

the "UK Edit" (a fully released version, track 1 side 1 of KLF5R). The "Edit" is just a cut-down version of the original "Pure Trance", but the "UK Edit" is quite different, with a different beat - it's more an edit of the "Break For Love" mix, also with elements of the Moody Boys 1989 original. It's this "UK Edit" which appears on the "Vitamin E" CD, seemingly mastered from vinyl.
Which version is track 2 on your (possibly) Dutton cassette, Simon? Is the "UK Edit" one of the extra tracks, or part of the actually album tracks

of the Pure Trance mixes of 3AM, which seems a little out of place...i think it might be the edit that features on one of the old rave compilations John mentioned recently
