Yes. Put down that Wilson! I've had a Chapel Perilous experience or two where everything starts to look like a giant conspiracy, even the use of Compacta font in otherwise innocuous newspaper headlines (Compacta having been invented for just that purpose, fact-fans). I'm sure that at least 53% of people on the list have not admitted similar affliction to THEIR psychiatrist.
Anyway, I'm no longer in denial and have been seeking help at the Conspiracy Priory for the last few years. Of course, there's no guarantee it won't flare up again. But then that's the nature of Chapel Perilous.

I just picked up a copy of "Riven: the sequel to Myst" and saw some fnords,
and decided to share them with the curious.
For example, both in the Myst and Riven world(s) the number 5 has almost
magical importance. Plus, when I first played Myst (ages ago) I thought the
game's environments looked KLF-like. The whole island (plus the other
islands too) looked quite Mu/Lemuria-like. After seeing Riven it's obvious.
In this sequel, the whole game is filled with references (5's, mystical sea
creatures, the mixing of primitive and modern technique et al.) Anybody has
any other KLF references in nice computer games? Or should I put down that
copy of R. A. Wilson's youknowhatitscalled book?
