I think there was a lot of cross over at the time. Jimmy was part of Orb and just starting KLF. Interestingly I was listening to some old Orb yesterday and Little Fluffy clouds was recorded in 1988 and that first version was very different. I think lots of tracks could have been part of the Original Space project before they decided on the final "planets" running order and went their separate ways. By the way, this was found from Orb's site:

Seems bit different than this and Jimmys Space. It also might be that back then they didn't have finalized names yet.
What Time Is Love 1 means WTIL Story, right? Interesting, didn't know that.

Most of the samples seems to be from old Cheech & Chong albums, at least from Big Bambu album (1972), Empire Hancock commercial track.
Also on Neptune track, there's horse sounds(!) and same child crying as in Mummie Don't.
On Mars, there's an unknown incident report on Mars track, similar (but not same) as in Chill Out. ("Approximately 2pm eastern daylight time....the incident occured approximately 85 miles northeast...")
This reminds me that there is an entry in discography of Chill out/Space bootleg with Cheech and Chong samples in it. Coincidence?
