How do i know what file i want??? sorry to be such a pain but after i've logged in i'm stuck and have no idea how to even look for a file let alone its name! directory etc?????

So you're using the command prompt? Typing 'help' will give you a list of
commands to use.
Typing 'cd' (without apostrophies) followed by a directory name will change
you to that director, same as 'dir'
To get one of the files, type 'get filename' where filename is the name of the
file you want to get.
