I know
where you're coming from on this one, and although I obviously don't hate him as
passionately as you do, he doesn't really interest me and in my opinion Bill and
Jimmy's work has gone downhill since they started continually working with him
and writing music and stories around him. Maybe I just don't 'get' these Cassidy
comparisons, and while I see the point that he is, in lots of ways, Bill and
Jimmy's opposite, I don't think that that fact alone is a good thing. Laurence
Llowelyn-Bowen (who you won't have heard of outside the UK) is an opposite to
Bill and Jimmy, that doesn't mean it would be great if they worked
together.
It's a
whole Travis-Bickle-in-Taxi-Driver thing (or any supposedly cool-but-defective
icon). Some people will love him because he's so out-there, so brash, such an
antihero. Some people will loathe him for exactly the same reasons. etc. etc.
etc. suddenly realising this is turning into a sub-GCSE Media Studies
essay.
I
wouldn't go as far as to insult him personally though... and that's not just
because he's scary!
Stuart.
I hate his ideas, I hate his stories, I hate his
attitude and I fucking hate his voice.
I can't see nothing good between the
connection between him to Bill & Jimmy.
I dont get the M25 spin, maybe because I dont
live in England.
He is an annoying creature man.
I feel the need to say "I'm sorry..." about this
post, but the
moment has past - faster gimpo! run run! go
fucking away!
Ok, SORRY!
