Male, 39, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Once more active, now mostly lurking.

Got into things in 1990, read the Illuminatus! trilogy at about the same time. Loved both the sound and the mythos. Was DJing in the more underground (no KLF mainstreamy things really) techno scene at the time. Got into contact with some other Swedes and got my hands on increasing amounts of the more esoteric stuff. Robert who did the mail-order, where are you today? Also became acquainted with Pontus A. in Gothenburg who is/was a quite dedicated collector from the early days (well, early by Swedish standards at least). Nowadays I do not find myself listening to The KLF et al very often, though I still love their work. I really like Bill's writing and excursions into performance and other arts. Have not kept up as well with Jimmy's stuff. I was trying to figure out how long I've been on this list, but I can't seem to pin it down.

Hope to see some of you around the M25 or something some day...

Just curious if anyone has a feel for rough demographics on the list ... E.g. % male/female, proportion of countries represented, etc.

Probably not. But as a long-time lurker, this is me, a 34 year old male from Maine in the US, saying "hi".
