Has anyone got up a KLF wiki or thought of putting one up? Looking back through the archives
well, at some point in the archives you'll see the link to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KLF
Having a page (or two, or five) on *a* wiki is not the same as having a KLF wiki. I doubt the wikipedia editors would leave a RitesOfMu page there, rather than just subsuming it into the main KLF page, for example.
Indeed. Some things, like Doctor Who, can get away with having such a wide-ranging type of coverage on Wikipedia, and I was initially thinking of doing that on Wikipedia for KLF (and related) but realized that most of the stuff that *I* am interested in is mired in apocryphal stories at best, and relates to stuff that was never released, rather than the mainstream stuff that's acceptable Wikipedia-fodder.
That said, I don't think a KLF wiki is a good idea. It'd be full of misinformation and lies put there by pranksters who think it's funny to confuse the issues and mislead people (i.e. me)
That's a very interesting point, and probably a bigger issue for KLF than for most topics :) Thanx, juli.
