My understanding is this work was the product of a KLF fan in 1993 (this was discussed many years ago on the list and the original mixer came forward somewhat surprised by the acclaim for his work if I remember correctly). Not to take-away from it as it's a cool mix, but not official I believe. PVC knows for sure.
