Ok, I was like 11/12 years old when LT2TC was aired. Can still see myself standing in front of a mirror singing along with the track untill that distorted voice part came: "$%^^#@@@!! and !%^&*^*#@# on the last train to trancentral". It took a while before I realised what they sung but I kept on playbacking..

>C - Yet no one makes fun of the guy who didn't recognize the more obvious "ancients of mu mu" line -- for 15 years.  At least my line was distorted.

-->"rock you to the rhythm of the ice cream van"  Even as a little boy, I realised that a car couldn't rock you to any rhythm (later on, I learned it was possible in a mini cooper with my girlfriend..) Now that's what I call a distorted line

No worries Paul ;)

Christ.  Third time this week I make a simple comment/observation on the net and someone beats me down on it...

A - Assuming I had access to the video, which I didn't at the time.
B - It (was) hard to make out thru the vocoder, to me at least.
C - Yet no one makes fun of the guy who didn't recognize the more obvious "ancients of mu mu" line -- for 15 years.  At least my line was distorted.
D - I'm just pissed off in general right now, not at you David.
