My ever dubious memory recalls Stranraer Harbour as being the location for that.
Never seen the King of Joy 12" cover, is a scan available online?
Stranraer makes geographical sense, I suppose. The "King of Joy" cover seems to be unavailable on-line at the moment. It's monochrome, with Bill sitting on the steps of a large, wooden hut, disused with broken windows. The back cover shows him with his guitar, and there's a shot of a shipbuilding crane in the background. He's wearing the same "sensible" clothing as "The Man" cover - but I didn't think Stranraer was as industrial (or as rundown) as the shots on the Creation single. They're evocative photos though! Two other things (1) does anyone have an mp3 of the version of "I Want That Girl" from the 12" - it's different from the album version, and contained famous jazz musician Henry Lowther; and (2) does anyone have an mp3 of the Jazz Butcher Conspiracy's version of "The King of Joy"; see: http://www.jazzbutcher.com/htdb/articles/1995/0011.html John
