yes it is a perfect negative pressing so the ETERNA 1 in the run out groove says 1 ANRETE with the letters reversed too
 
obviously if the record is played in the normal clockwise rotation the needle moves outward to the edge of the record however if it is played in reverse (say on a numark tt100 deck) as the record rotates anti-clockwise the needle moves inward and the record plays
