I do have vague plans to visit that area at some point (would make a refreshing change from a Spanish beach holiday).  The University of Granada (which has an English-language website) run tours of the observatory which appears in "The White Room" (as 'the white room' itself) and also at the end of the KSTJ video.  And the castle itself is open to the public during the week, I think.

If you ever see the David Essex movie "Stardust", you can see inside the castle itself.

I know TWR was only a rough cut, btw - but does anyone know: was David Franks (the moustachioed music lawyer who appears in the film) meant to be inside the castle, or inside the observatory, pouring over the Contract while eating a meal.  "The White Room" movie suggests both.

Also, is David Franks still working as a lawyer?  Anyone know?  In fact has anyone ever interviewed him?  We "met" the KLF's bank manager in the "Burn a Million Quid" Omnibus doc - why not their solicitor?
