you can also open the terminal and so it command line unix stylee if you'd rather
i heard people talk really favourably about Cyberduck - www.cyberduck.ch - but i've not gotten around to trying it out yet
and Transmit - www.panic.com - but i've never really liked its interface

personally, i've been using Fetch as well for years and years even though it looks really old fashioned, it gets the job done
