[KLF] IGUN grey vinyl in which sleeve?

Someone just mailed me asking in which sleeve the grey vinyl club mix 12" of IGUN was originally distributed back in 1990. Unfortunately, I got my copy second hand, so all I got is a black sleeve without text or logos. Could someone who picked up his grey 12" in 1990 tell me which sleeve it came in? Thanks! ..::// Thomas
