i am also an engineer- i am sure they could be
louder but there was never a quality issue on the white room cd- reloading and
working on them wont 'improve' quality, you could get them louder or more 'this'
or 'that'. I refer to the cds rather than replacing shelved off vinyl
frequencies on old stuff etc. which could be recovered.
Love is the answer- so try not to accuse or put the
people commenting into brackets such as:
"being compulsive collectors of everything that two people ever made"
I am also sorry you feel you want the money for
tits, who would they impress (my friend got his wife new tits then she cheated
on him). It makes quite a good phrase though.
"KLF- Remastered for tits"
Duncan Maund was a bully and would be about 32
now!

To everyone unless your normal or special
Its 2008 and really
your moaning at us because you wish The KLF had done it
Love is the
only answer
Love is all you need
Love is everything
Everything to
me
And should be to everyone
>"These albums in there original
form were wonderfully
engineered and do not require
"re-mastering"."
You are joking aren`t you???? they do need
remastering
They do need bringing up to date as they sound dated
Yes
from the originals
God i must be thick not to know that
Anyway, im
not trying to better anyone..
I just wanted to do it, on a staurday
afternoon in january, im inpulsive.
Not for fun just a willingness to share
for the sake of the music.
I mastered space and waiting for the rites of Mu
aswell from MP3
and there definately not good enough
They will
be
I think you should all stick to what you do best, being compulsive
collectors of everything that two people ever made and missing the "The
LOVE"
What am i on about love is a swearword nowadays...
Anyway they
needed it, yes from the originals but hmm we don`t have them,
and untill
bill and jimmy get it done there will be ours available
Maybe this will
make them do it you never know
Listen to them first before you
comment...
Then you can actually rip it to shit
Yes its wrong to master
from masters
oh my god what a terrible insult to The KLF
I did it
because i love The KLF
Not because im a fan
Like i love all the music we
listen to and make
If you really think converting them to 32bit
float
And gently mastering them with new technology
is a bad thing, then
load them into pro tools and check the mastering
Its old mastering, the
headroom available now is far superior.
Why you think Led Zeppelin have
just done it (from the originals yawn god im getting bored)
All they have
done is basically what i have done
Just listen to them and then
complain in a technical way
Knowing us we will do them again one
day
When Bill and Jimmy send us the Originals....LOL
Anyway Were
going out now to put Remastered by Cyborcosis Stickers
All over any KLF
stuff that we find, (thx for the idea and im just about to put on boots that
are too big for me , get the golden staff of Doom, and find the ring of power)
for our own personal gain
.
Oh the Glory i feel the hate swelling within
you padawan
If you only knew the power of the dark side
Then you would
see the shadow creeping all over the world into peoples hearts
Do something
about that
Lost Children Of Mu
Your not scared are you
You will
be
YOU WILL BE
He`s coming and i don`t mean the Devil, pfft what a
simple archaic idea,
Can you see the demon guards stood by the dark portal
outside number ten,
There coming for YOU
Your only chance is to
Love
Your only hope is people
Your only strength is courage
Change
the world with your love today
Tommorow Is Always Deep Shit
But heh
who remebers some minor forgotten band from 17 years ago

Sorry
to be a black sheep here but i am not into this
concept. I work as a
sound engineer by trade and
this just jars with me :-(
These
albums in there original form were wonderfully
engineered and do not
require "re-mastering".
I am a big fan of the Cybercosis trance
remixes of the
KLF tunes, you guys did a really good job there,
and
there is major credit due! :-)
But re-jigging albums that were
mastered by talented
engineers in major studios is not a good
idea.
Commercial albums that are "re-mastered" are done
from the
original recordings - not from MASTERED
recordings. You are adding
dynamic processing on top
of what is already there? It just dosn't make
sense.
I am at a loss how you can engineer a track that
has already
been engineered by some of the industry's
most talented
people?????
I salute your want for general fun as KLF fans but
i
in no way see how you could better Mark Stent's' work
on these
classic KLF albums?
Sorry to be a sour puss but really wanted to make
this
feeble point!
Please stick to what you do best i.e. remixing
the KLF
back cat into new and interesting versions and not
attempting
to better the engineering of their
classic
albums.
