Yes the copy I got was a copy of a copy of... (perhaps several more times) so wasn't too great in its initial state, and scart to scart recording back in the mid-90s certainly didn't do anything to improve the quality either.

It's a shame the internet was so different back then. Even if someone has been able to digitise the video to a reasonable quality and a reasonable file size, it would have taken days to upload somewhere and months to download for those of us who were on dial-up
