[KLF] Penkiln Burn Books 3-5?

Just realized that "How To Be An Artist" is labeled "Penkiln Burn Book 6". Can anyone help me to fill the gaps? Book 1 - From The Shores Of Lake Placid Book 2 - Annual Report Book 3 - ? Book 4 - ? Book 5 - ? Book 6 - How To Be An Artist I guess Book 7 would be "17", and "45" should also fit in somewhere (although there is no "Book ..." note anywhere), but that still leaves room for two more.
