I still need to check - got the CD single at home.
 
From memory, I believe that you're absolutely correct - i.e. it just has the 7" edit and both versions from KLF 004T...
 
I only realised that when I got sent an MP3 of the full Power Remix and realised I hadn't heard it before!!!
