I often wonder whatever happened to the likely lads of the 1990s Scottish rave scene - such as Jon Campbell and Mary Kiani from the TTF (the acronym always seemed a nod to you know who), the guys in Rhythmic State, Ultrasonic, N-Trance, Tom Wilson, Stepping Out Records, Limbo Records, "M8" magazine, etc. etc.? Public Domain always seemed like a self-concious nod backwards to the glory days, since they were releasing records in 2000 and not 1993. Now, I know that the TTF re-released "Real Love" last (around the same time as "3 AM Eternal" re-appeared) remixed by Tom Wilson - and that Mary Kiani split from Campbell acrymoniously. But apart from that, I'm pretty much in the dark. There's a few webpages around dedicated to "Stepping Out" and things - but very few have a "where are they now" section. For some, I suspect, the answer would be "customer service representative in a call centre" - but for others, who knows?
