Within physical limits, yes. I can't see Cleese doing silly walks any more, or hitting Mike P with a fish and him leaping twenty feet into a canal ... fun though it would be ... I just meant anyone can take on the imagery of Bill & Jimmy, but I just don't think they'd ever come back with more "KLF type things" themselves. Unless it was purely as a provocative act to piss over their legacy yet again (which is always possible, I suppose ... ) John On Sat, Jun 18, 2011 at 12:30 PM, Dan T. They did reprise the Dead Parot on Saturday Night Live about ten years ago so I guess anythings possible.

Monty Python. Just because people take on all the stylings of the KLF (typography, costumes, media terrorism) it doesn't mean it's going to be Bill and Jimmy. After all, they're 58 and 53(?) respectively now; creatively, it's unlikely they'd want to go back to something they did when they were 35.
The same goes for someone performing "The Dead Parrot" or "The Ministry of Silly Walks" or scenes from "Fawlty Towers" in original costumes - they're not necessarily going to be John Cleese himself. After all, he's 71 years old; creatively, it's also unlikely that Cleese would want to go back to something he did when was 35, no matter how great.

PS - I actually saw John Cleese on stage two weeks ago, and he was looking very sprightly for his age.
