Would you burn 1.000.000 gbp if you had them ? Why / Why not ?
No. It's been done and the statement wouldn't carry the same shock value or raise any new questions. If anything it would mean that the original act became seen as simply starting a spate of frivolous money-burning. Maybe that would finally classify it, something B&J are unwilling or unable to do, but it would classify it as a fairly meaningingless act (unless millionaires everywhere start doing it, and currencies start devaluing, but that's not very likely really) Having said that, burning it in private and never ever telling anyone might be more meaningful. Could you do *that* ? Bill hasn't done the Pop Star Martyr thing yet, so there's room for someone to carry that out. I can think of dozens of pop stars who should be contacted to see if they'd be willing to die live on stage for the sake of their stardom and their status as a pop legend. In fact, why bother contacting them first, let's just rush the stage and slaughter 'em. jon -- "Faith strikes me as intellectual laziness." - Robert Heinlein
