My new update.&nbsp; Thanks to the <a href="http://klf.de">klf.de</a> guys for including me on their website, but I don&#39;t really have the time or inclination
at the moment to contribute to <a href="http://klf.de">klf.de</a> or my own blog.&nbsp; I need to try and get healthy
following a year of fairly scarey health scares (are there any other
kind?)&nbsp; Possibly in 6-9 months, I might be able to contribute, but I&#39;ll
understand if they want to remove me from the <a href="http://klf.de">klf.de</a> main site in the
meantime.<br>
