[KLF] IGUN / JAMS

Hi there, a question I've asked myself quite often but never found a reasonable answer; Does anyone of you know the background why "It's Grim Up North" was released as a JAM's single while it obviously would have been fitting in the KLF dancefloor aimed releases quite well ?
