<sigh> Did Heinz every try to sue Andy Warhol for using one of their cans in a piece of his art? Does the Royal Mint try to sue every photograph of currency used in a magazine? Royal Mail should be concentrating on finding ways to cut their loses from the estimated £1m a day (or whatever it currently is), rather than pursuing pointless and, in the end, insignificant, legal arguments.
