century Scottish rave merchants Public Domain (who have released an entire album of "WTIL" soundalikes)
there is and has been other dance music! Have not heard album but public domain were previously ultrasonic and apart from being kick drum oriented dance music which could sound the same doesn't seem to have much connection. (I really must stop posting when tired!)
