I don't think cafepress are silkscreened... I think they do a high quality transfer bombed into fabric as opposed to ink. The cost of silkscreening single shirts (cutting new screens etc) would be way too cost prohibitive, I think.

 

That being said, I think their quality is good - but I prefer the Positive Void ones (obviously)...

cafepress.com does real silkscreen-printing on tees.
You can upload a design (image) and make a tee, basically. Doesn't cost a fortune either. I made a pyramid blaster-design some time ago;
