maybe we could talk about looking at each other's digital collection? I am mostly looking for interview clips, omnibus documentary..that kind of thing.. --- Martijn Melenhorst <rheenen@home.nl> wrote:
Hi fellow KLF freaks... I've joined this list already 4 years ago, I guess, and I haven't really bothered mailing a lot, which I intend to change from now on. So, I'm a genuine lurker, I could say.
I live in The Netherlands, Deventer, 26 years old, and I think I've got most of the mp3s/jpgs/mpgs available of the KLF. Back in the day when the Fnord archive was still up, I was able to almost completely download it, except for about 300 MB of data. Now I'm filling up the pieces, so that's not really interesting anymore. Last year a friend of mine working at a second-hand record store collected my very first original vinyl singles for me (nothing special, just the comercially well-known released ones), so I'm more and more a real collector, I guess. (Bought the singles for HFL 2.50 = EUR 1.15 = oh well... a piece).
Ofcourse I have read the Illuminatus Trilogy. Which was quite a bore, actually, since a conspiracy theory like that already exists for years longer than the book, known as the Egyptian/Gnostic religion being suppressed by the Christian religion. Ofcourse THAT really explains the pyramids etc. Wait! I'm drifting off...
Oh well, have fun posting what you want to post, hope I bored no one with my little piece of nonsense...
