I've actually put my order in at amazon.co.uk and, according to my order info, I should expect delivery sometime between Oct18 - Nov 02. C. Ulrik Brandt wrote:

Some sites (amazon.com) says the release is later this year, while others says Februar 2005, so I actually doubt it's out yet. My local bookstore also says 2005.
