[KLF] FAQ the millennium

So many questions, so many answers, and none of them can be found anywhere. The FAQ had its last update six years ago, still there are many entries that should be added. We finally decided to move the FAQ to KLF Online to make newer versions available to the (k)ommunity and keep it up to date. Now it's your turn.
