Hullo folks, my first post by the way :) I've actually got a white label 12" that I picked up in a Sunderland record shop around the time IGUN was in the charts called "Its Brill Up North". I don't have the record to me at hand, but I believe its by G-Force, and the B-side was called something like "I Can't Stand It". Its basically a cheesy remake of IGUN, expect with the names of loads of other places in the North that the "MC" thinks are cool. He's obviously from Newcastle though, because he says the word "Newcastle" with Gusto on the track! :) I'll rip the vinyl track onto MP3 in a few weeks and put it somewhere once Dell deliver my new laptop. . . Cheers, daz.

Have any list members been to any of the places mentioned in IGUN and are they really that grim.
