That is the funny thing about copyright, isn't it? The rules change when it's your copyrights that are being infringed.

Many of the tracks were created by people on this list. So it's
reasonable to be annoyed that something created to be freely distributed (moreso
if you were one of the creators) is being sold, esp without stating as
such.
However, to be fair, Jimmy did the exact same thing. He got a box of
disaster preparedness videotapes from the British gov't and sold them thru
Blacksmoke for 10ukp each.
