Also, isn't the phrase "Mommie Don't" used in "Go To Sleep" on the White Room OST Demo tapes? -----Original Message----- From: klf-bounces+chris=k23productions.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:klf-bounces+chris=k23productions.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Neil Sampson Sent: 11 October 2005 13:56 To: klf@mailman.xmission.com Subject: [KLF] OT (slightly) - Mommie Don't Hi everyone, just a quick email to say thanks again to whoever posted the malicious damage info on the new orb sessions cd. Got mine through (complete with nice tiny pin-badges) over the weekend. The first track is the one which has most KLF leaning I suppose - "Mommie Don't" sounds very much like a cross over between the Orb's first album, Chill Out and the ambient mix of 3am. It has the distinctive Cauty synth bass going through it, complete with the usual cockerel samples, vocal snippets and general noodling you come to expect from LX Patterson. The more I listen, the more I like - well worth the measly tenner for the cd though. The rest of the cd is the usual Orb affair of strangeness and beats. The second track on the cd is a lovely floaty sing-song which is a close second of my favourite tracks on the cd.
