I studied a little futurism at college and can see elements there but aside from that I am lost...not sure what the guy's manifesto is, if any. Seems to be a bit of a steep learning curve...and how do you know he was involved with Wildstyle? I don't remember a guy with an etch-a-sketch for a face or did he go under a different name then?
 
I would look at it in more detail but it seems to be a bit of a melting pot of ideas and too many layers...like discordianism and even michael k et al you would need to take a month or so out to unravel but there's always the risk of finding nothing of any real substance (subjectively anyway) in the middle  =)
