iTunes has it, at least in the UK. Check the only KLF thing on there (the Timelords single) and it's the third track ("What Time is Love (Pure Trance Original)".
It's arguably the mortherlode of KLF songs (what Bill once called their "three-note warhorse") and in its original form can be found on various 12" singles and CDs (all deleted now, of course). There's both "Pure Trance 1" 12"s (with the apple green and yellow lettering) and if you're in the US there's a third "Pure Trance 1" 12", which sea green lettering.
It first appear on CD in autumn 1989 - a year after first release - with the KLF/Various Artists compilation "The What Time is Love Story", which is also available on vinyl (JAMSCD/LP4) but both are hugely rare. An 1989 Austrian 12"/CD (called the "Power Mix") also features the Pure Trance Original. The CD, in fact, includes both sides of the very, very first original "What Time is Love" single, with the b-side never appearing on CD anywhere else. The next time it appeared on CD was the "What Time is Love" UK CD single (KLF4CD) in summer 1990, which you can still get fairly cheaply. There's also various worldwide import editions of this singe. And finally there's the source of the iTunes appearance - the 5-track US CD reissue of "Doctorin' The Tardis" in 1991.
There's also a 1990 CD compilation called "Warehouse Raves 4" which contains not only the Pure Trance Original of "What Time is Love?" but as the Pure Trance Original of "3 AM Eternal" (a beautiful six-minute blissed out version, which is unavailable on CD anywhere else).
Please note: all CD versions of the Pure Trance What Time is Love are 7mins 5 secs long - not the editted version used in the promo (it just loses a minute or so at the end).
Welcome to the list! Love the e-mail name by the way! :-)

Hey everyone,
Just joined the list. I was recently digitizing my entire music collection, and when I reached "J" and "K", it peaked my JAMs and KLF interest all over again! I'm not sure how many are on here, but it's good to hear from anyone who loves Jimmy & Bill.
I have a question for the experts out there:
What version of WTIL? is this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNvgXJdZJZY
Is it exclusive to the Promo Vid, and more importantly, where can I find it!
Sorry if this has been asked many times before!
Cheers,
RB
