kind of no, there are things which claim to do it, and on some tracks it works quite well but on most is pretty crap... on the behringer modulizer there is a 'voice canceller' what it does is just plays the sounds which are stereo or out of phase, so on old vocals they used chorus effects to make the vocal sound wider and a bit more solid. No. Try getting an egg out of a cake, that's easier. ;-)
(there is a basic method of channel mixing to delete large chunks of music from a track, but the results are not predictable)
