Have we got a cut-off date for the tracklist, and a date for the release of the CD yet? And can I just say, I really, really think we're moving too far away from the "Singles/Best Of" original idea. What we're going to end up with is a "Lost Sounds" created by committee - which is going to please no one but a few geeks. And we're doing this CD (evangelise the music, if you will) for the consumers, not ourselves. And the consumers will be casual, non-KLF-fan, ooh-I-remember-them-Tammy-Wynette-wasn't-it kind of people, who will want the singles, the novelty tracks, the laughs, anything to do with the scams, but not 15 year old remixes that means nothing to anyone under 30 and already a KLF obsessive. Just a thought. John

their favourite tracks for inclusion, which are getting pretty obscure again (Razormaid mix? surely not...)
Usually no, but I /think/ the person was talking about the Gridlock'd mix of LTTT which is perhaps the best unofficial mix of LTTT there is. And the best DJ service mix that I'm aware of.
Finally, unless i got my wires crossed, whoever uploaded that zipped compilation said they had made custom versions of the WTIL evil edit and Fuck the Millennium, but only the 'original' versions were present? Not that the evil edit should go on the CD IMO, though i am obviously a fan, but that's something else for the wiki =)
That'd be me (i think). (i was just about to clarify this and went to the wiki to check the tracklist and I see it's not correct. I didn't post that text, but I did post the compilation's zip file.)
I did /not/ modify Evil Edit at all. It's not part of my original track list, but I included it in the zip since I suggested as a replacement for WTIL:Power 7"
My own edited/modified tracks are: Whitney 7" (as there isn't one), Mad Ru 7" (edited from the 12" for sound quality. very minor differences in effects during the last 30s when compared to the original edit), WTIL:Trancentral (added on the extended ending from the US 12" for personal taste), FTM (dubbed in the "a-ha-ha KLF!" over the break because I like that bit in the Different Project mixes)
I will add this to the wiki page.
