You first have to understand the huge amounts of money they lost by withdrawing all KLF Communications releases from sale in 1992. If you can comprehend that then you can see how easy it would be for them to burn it. Compared to future record sales, burning the million was nothing. Unfortunately that was too subtle for the average person to understand. It went right over their heads and was quickly forgotten. Most people were too stupid to realize the KLF threw away MULTIPLE millions by doing it. J&B realized if they wanted to make the average person understand enormity of throwing away millions they had to simplify it into a physical act. Just burn it. I have no doubt they did it. I just wish they had done a better job of documenting it. I have the book, but the pictures are so small and blurry. In this age of "reality TV" they could have broadcast it live to really drive it home.
