Try the ICA on The Mall, London. That's were I got mine.
Well, I've tried e-mailing them to no avail (info@penkiln-burn.com)... And I can't find a place to order stuff via the website (www.penkiln-burn.com)....
I'm presuming certain museums (e.g. Marx Memorial Museum where Bill launched the cards) and specialist bookshops will stock them, but no idea which ones...
So, if anyone sees them anywhere, let us all know!
