I confess it it was me - I got it from Pete Robinson who got it from the KLF. Pete Robinson also gave it to Dirty Dutton and he told me he was pissed off that Dutton was selling copies of it for 5 quid, because he knew that Dutton worked in a printers shop so could have been doing the copies for free and he was making it his mission to give lots more copies out free. I never realised that Dutton was printing his copies on colour so it couldn't be copied.
Ah, thanks for clearing up all this. Just wanted to be sure that the script came from an official source in the first place. I already thought about printing my own copy, using some font that resembles a typewriter, and a small Pyramid Blaster on the cover. If someone would want his own "typewrited" script, I could try to convert it to a PDF file.
Pete Robinson was like totally in with the KLF - I think they were really pleased that a 12 year old was their biggest fan and biographer so they gave him loads of stuff.
He is never credited by name, but is it also Pete who is mentioned in one of the last chapters of "45"? The bit about 2K and Bill talking about disillusion being the greatest power of them all? And where is he now?
It was me that scanned and OCR-ed it and uploaded it to the list and ftp site. That was back when OCR didn't recognise all the characters and you had to go through and check that all the characters were correct.
Thanks for that great service. :-) Oh, and we really should exchange articles and scans some day. ..::// Thomas Touzimsky "Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are good is like expecting the bull not to charge because you are a vegetarian." (Dennis Wholey)
