[KLF] "What Time is Love" questions

Again, I'm wondering if someone can answer these! KLF4T was released in autumn 1988 with 1000 copies. After eight weeks, according to Jimmy, it was deleted. Does this mean when KLF4R came out in July 89, you could not net KLF4T? Did all the 1000 copies of 4T sell out the first time, or were they rarities even in the summer of 1989? How many of the 4Ts we all have are actually the 1991 reissues? Finally (phew!) were there ever any reviews in the press of the Pure Trance series when it came out? John
