I've got a few promos housed in black/white sleeves, i.e. jamslp6, whitney joins the jams etc. A lot of my testpressings are housed in simple white sleeves, sometimes just in an innersleeve (004X w/l)
And not all my promos come with a press sheet although most of the times bought through EIL.com back then..
You state plus usual p/s. My wl (coloured label) jamslp5 is housed in a totally different p/s... no press sheet nor a generic sleeve A(/s)

Hmmm...I have the same promo with press sheet, labels look the same (and same cream-colour with red handwriting like some other promos) but mine has the KLF custom inner sleeve a lot of the promos came in. Plus the usual picture sleeve. Go figure.
Going to sell mine soon too but i was gonna try a reserve higher than that was sold for, seeing as another was sold a while back without the pic sleeve and press sheet!
