I saw this too, it looks the same as the regular 'KLF - 92 - Promo - 3' boot  that we all know about, ie with two rims on the white label.
But must admit the runout is a bit of a mystery.

I would say that obviously it is a boot. But, if pressing plant has been
around 87-97, it must have been quite well known. Usually boots are made
in Czech or in very small local pressing plants.

It's weird that it (plant) hasn't been identified yet. And more weird is
that other PA#### releases seems(?) to be legit.

Love to see that release, if PA6436 is really only markings there.
