I don't know about your first request and I've only ever seen the Beatles remix as a low bitrate MP3 that I think Jimmy circulated himself online about 10 years ago.

If memory serves, EMI commisioned him to do the Beatles mix and then only released it on some Beatles promo CDs. I'm fairly certain it never saw any type of commercial or wide release; in fact the promo may have been in-house only.
