I don't think cafepress are silkscreened... I think they do a high quality transfer bombed into fabric as opposed to ink. The cost of silkscreening single shirts (cutting new screens etc) would be way too cost prohibitive, I think. That being said, I think their quality is good - but I prefer the Positive Void ones (obviously)...
