The 4 different 20 minute mini versions of Chill Out are very nice. I really like some of the samples that didn't make it into the final cut. Enigma, Chris Isaac, the rave party bust... The first of the four is my favorite of all. A lot of people have mentioned hearing mixes on MP3 mislabeled as the Chill Out Megamix. The original UK promo version of Lionrock's "City Delirious" is much better than final release in my opinion. It sounds much more like "An Instint For Detection" which is why I like it. It's difficult to find, but not impossible. Here, I'm thinking of the Beatles' "Get Back" or the Beach Boys' "Smile" ... both of which have been heavily bootlegged, but have never had an official release (and like certain Pure Trance rarities, suffer from the curse of some "were they or weren't they actually recorded" questions from time to time). What are other people's favourite "lost" albums? John Not a Scot, just Scott-ish PS - The first person to mention the original Troy Tate version of the Smiths' debut album wins a promo copy of 1989's "Love Trance" CD single (KLF006CD) lol. _______________________________________________ KLF mailing list KLF@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/klf
