Yes, this was an early 'Transit Kings' project limited to only 75 copies.
If you want to get your hands on one with the press sheet don't expect to pay less than £100.
Of course you have to find one first, but it is an awesome track.

As quoted on discogs:
 Custerd was started as a side project of the Transit Kings (Alex Paterson, former Orb member/co-founder Jimmy Cauty and Pink Floyd bassist Guy Pratt), releasing a 12" that should have been followed by an album, "Ear Cake 3000", which unfortunately never materialized.
 
It was re-released on the green traffic light 7" by the transit kings.
