Really easy. Its a picture behind a clear one sided vinyl. 
Ine cut vinyl do them. Not as picture discs but if you own a printer then off you go.

They appear to be unofficial pressings and sold for around $250 each which is a fair amount suggesting that they are considered to be rare bootlegs, and there was no mention of them on Discogs at the time.
